Return Window

You have the right to return your item(s) within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We will respond with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at bektrading@mail.com  We will guide you through the process of returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item.
